An elite Austin‑based litigation boutique is seeking a junior commercial litigation associate to join its high‑stakes trial practice. JD 2024-2022 grads. Or JD 2025 grad with Federal Clerkship will be considered. This is an unposted opportunity, and I’m working directly with the partners on the search.

The firm handles sophisticated, industry‑agnostic business litigation, including breach of contract, fraud, and fiduciary duty disputes. Matters are complex and novel — not volume or cookie‑cutter litigation. Associates are given meaningful responsibility early, work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with partners, and have direct exposure to clients, strategy, and trial preparation.

This role is ideal for a junior litigator who wants real courtroom experience, strong mentorship, and a clear path forward, without sacrificing compensation or quality of life.

• Compensation: $225,000–$265,000 base (DOE), with quarterly bonuses averaging $50,000–$75,000 and meaningful upside for exceptional performance.
