Associate Attorney- Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their downtown Austin office. With 40+ attorneys and steady plans for organic growth, this is a strong opportunity to work in a respected firm that combines a broad range of practice areas with a collaborative, flexible culture.
Key Details
- Experience: 6+ years (more senior talent with a book of business may be considered for Counsel)
- Practice Area: Estate Planning (High Value Estates)
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Billable Requirement: ~1,600 annually
- Compensation: $160,000–$185,000 base salary + quarterly billable bonus
- Hybrid Schedule: 2–3 days in office; flexible
- Team Size: 40+ attorneys
