Application Process All interested applicants should submit the following documents via email to EOIRHRTEAM@usdoj.gov with the subject line "ATTORNEY ADVISOR - EOIR-002" by April 16, 2026. Resume, highlighting experience relevant to the duties and qualifications listed above Writing Sample: In addition to the above stated qualifications, applicants must submit a writing sample that demonstrates their ability to author legal documents to be considered for this position. This document cannot exceed ten pages.
