This is a full-time Clinic position in Fishers.

The Clinic Athletic Trainer works collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff in an outpatient sports medicine or orthopedic setting to support efficient, high‑quality patient care. This role provides direct clinical support including patient rooming, history collection, musculoskeletal assessments, assistance within‑office procedures, and coordination of follow‑up services. The Athletic Trainer plays a key role in patient education by explaining treatment plans, developing and instructing home exercise programs, and fitting braces or durable medical equipment. In addition, the Athletic Trainer supports clinic operations through documentation in the electronic medical record, order entry as delegated, workflow management, answers patient pools, and participation in quality improvement activities, all while adhering to established clinical, safety, and documentation standards.

  • Requires a Master's Degree from an accredited academic program in athletic training or a Bachelor's Degree in athletic training prior to 2023.
  • Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Indiana State Athletic Training Licensure or eligible is required.
  • Must be a Board of Certification (BOC) Certified Athletic Trainer.
  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross Professional Rescuer is required.
