You will be working with GM and Sales Managers to effectively stock the floor and maintain stock room operations.

Drive and deliver daily associate processing productivity results as per company standards
WHS daily compliance and participation in the WHS Committee
Comply with all Company Policy and Procedures.
Results
Maintain open and closing standards of Back of House areas (BOH)
Plan for receipt of shipments and to process Omni orders simultaneously.
Co-ordinate and process shipments as delivered. Ensure inventory records are properly maintained.
Direct merchandise flow from stock room to sales floor.
Ticket and stock merchandise in the stock room or prepare for immediate distribution to the sales floor.
Organise stockroom departments by stocking merchandise and supplies on appropriate shelves or in off site locations. Adjust stocking procedures to ensure aisles and exits are clear and merchandise is stored per Company standards.
Process inventory paperwork, including store-to-store transfers, receiving logs, e-sends, receiving discrepancies, damaged merchandise, and returns.
Maintain an accurate record of merchandise stored at off-site locations (if applicable).
Execute timely processing of donations and MOS merchandise.
Pack and log merchandise as required for shipments.
Ensure stockroom is swept and clean with garbage removed and supplies organised.
Complete tasks listed on daily agenda or as assigned (e.g. maintenance of store, lighting, cleaning, etc.)
Working with Others:
In partnership with Store Managers
Plan and prepare BOH for store deliveries to ensure space is created for deliveries
Meet with store managers weekly to ensure operational tasks align with business needs
Deliver standards to ensure any audits result in a pass score
Manage supplies and ensure store expenses managed within budget
FEFO Management (Williams-Sonoma only)
In partnership with Assistant Store Managers
Ensure all merchandise SKU’s are on the sales floor
Ensure that all markdowns are completed on time
Ensure that all repairs and maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner
Assist with Floor-set execution and provide support to building furniture as required
Development of Self and Others
Coach, reward and recognise performance of BOH team
Deliver WHS training initiatives, working with the Store Manager to ensure training delivery compliance
Train and develop associates in back of house standards
Initiates a self-development plan to ensure continual professional development
Support with recruitment and selection of highly talented people to join back of house teams.
Provides Influential Leadership
Be the main contact point for associate injury management, ensuring injury notifications are received and processed in a timely manner, workers compensation claim forms are completed and associates return to work safely

2-3 years management experience. Specialty retail preferred.
Working knowledge of the General Retail Industry Award
Proven ability to manage staff to meet back of house expectations
Proven ability to think through complex issues and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Effective communication, organization and leadership skills.
Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples.
Proven ability to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to be mobile in the back of house area, including standing for long periods.
Able to work within confined spaces such as back of house areas and stock rooms.
Able to climb ladders and use other equipment in line with safety standards
Availability to work a minimum of two Saturdays and two Sundays in each four week period, annual inventory and entire peak holiday season (November and December).
Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 45 kg, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
