Small animal general practice in Denver, Colorado hiring a full-time Veterinarian.
This is a four-doctor hospital led by an experienced medical director with over 20 years in practice who remains actively involved in cases and client care. The clinic has been operating since 2018 and was built with support from an established sister hospital, so workflows are already in place and function the way they should.
Case flow is consistent and includes a mix of wellness, chronic disease management, dentistry, and routine soft tissue surgery. Diagnostics are handled in-house with digital radiology and lab equipment, so most cases can be worked up without delay. Appointment times are structured to allow for proper client communication rather than rushed turnover.
The practice runs fully paperless on cloud-based software that is reliable and easy to use. Support staff are experienced and well-utilized, which means doctors are not pulled into technician or administrative gaps throughout the day. The hospital has built a strong reputation locally and has placed near the top in a large community-voted ranking of veterinary clinics, which reflects how clients actually view the care provided.
You’ll also be part of a small group of sister hospitals, offering access to additional clinical input and shared standards without the constraints of a large corporate system. The team is involved in regular local volunteer work and supports a fund that helps cover care for pets when owners are facing financial hardship. This is an active part of the practice, not something mentioned once and forgotten.
Scheduling is flexible depending on whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time work. The focus is on maintaining a pace that allows you to practice well over the long term.
