The Associate Strategist delivers consultative and analytical services in support of site, shield and departmental strategies as well as broader corporate priorities. Working under the direction of a strategist, manager or director, this role contributes core components across assigned Strategy service lines and projects. Partners with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation, challenge the status quo and implement solutions that advance organizational priorities. Translates analysis and insights into strategic recommendations that inform planning and align with the long-term strategic plan. Builds and sustains strong relationships with internal and external partners, serving as a change agent who champions agile thinking and empowers teams for success. Demonstrates excellence in financial acumen, business and strategic planning, and both written and verbal communication.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree
Additional Experience and/or Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following: strategic intelligence, strategic planning, strategy development, client services, business or management consulting, project management, operations, analysis, public health or healthcare.
Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare policy and payer systems. Demonstrated alignment with Mayo Clinic's core values.
