Associate Sterile Processing Technician at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro in San Pedro, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 8-hour, Evening shift.

Additionally, our Rehab Center is nationally ranked by UDSMR and accredited by CARF for outstanding rehabilitation programs. 

Under the direction and/or indirect supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, RN and Product Manager, provides ancillary and support services to the Operating Room, Post Anesthesia Care Unit and Ambulatory Care Center. Provide patient transport to the following age group:  Pediatrics to older adults.

Required Qualifications:    

  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
  • Within 1 year of hire: National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association Or 
  • Within 1 year of hire: National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year Hospital or clinical experience in Operating Room or Central Services.
