Associate Specialist, Customer & Sales Support- JDE Systems


We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Associate Specialist within Customer & Sales Support. Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Deliver timely, accurate information regarding products, services, and order status
  • Build positive relationships through professional and solutions-oriented communication


Order Management & Coordination

  • Support order entry, processing, and tracking within JD Edwards (JDE) to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
  • Partner with sales teams to address customer needs and ensure a smooth order lifecycle


Issue Resolution

  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns with a proactive, customer-first mindset
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution


Sales & Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day support to the sales team, including documentation and reporting
  • Assist with preparing sales materials, tracking activity, and maintaining records


Product & Process Knowledge

  • Develop a strong understanding of products, services, and internal processes
  • Stay current on updates, promotions, and new offerings


Data Integrity & Systems

  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data within CRM and JD Edwards (JDE)
  • Support ongoing data management and reporting needs

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of professional experience in customer service, sales support, or related field
  • (Internships or relevant coursework are highly valued)
  • Hands-on experience with JD Edwards (JDE) is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to pass a background check upon offer acceptance
