Description:
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA 100% on-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (8 hours/day)
The ideal candidate is an Associate Scientist with hands-on LC-MS experience who is comfortable working in a lab-based environment and supporting ongoing analytical pipelines. This individual has direct experience with chromatography and mass spectrometry techniques and is interested in developing or expanding expertise in protein mass analysis.
Strong candidates may come from either industry or academic settings and may hold a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant lab experience. Degree level is less important than demonstrated technical capability. Experience with post-translational modifications, protein analysis, and MS-related software tools is preferred but not required, as training can be provided for candidates with a solid LC-MS foundation.
This role is well suited for someone who values hands-on lab work, enjoys working as part of a collaborative technical team, and is looking to build depth in protein-focused analytical workflows within a structured, on-site laboratory setting.
