What You’ll Do:

• Follow projects through the entire R&D lifecycle, moving from pre-formula approval to final formula release while maintaining critical milestones.
• Actively partner with Third-Party Manufacturers to gather technical documentation and manage complex regulatory and safety submissions.
• Ensure all documentation upholds rigorous data integrity standards and meets Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
• Stay ahead of developing cosmetic trends and systems to share new approaches that drive efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in Formulation, Project Management, Regulatory Affairs, or Sales/Marketing within a corporate or lab setting.
• Experience managing large data sets via Excel or PowerBI.
