Project Planning Analyst

Opportunity with a global, industry-leading company! You will support several projects currently in the planning & execution phases, all part of a larger capital initiative for the org. The role combines aspects of project management, data analysis, scheduling, research, inventory management, customer relations, problem-solving, and process improvement.

This is an 18-month contract (potential for extension or conversion to perm) in the Vinings.

You must work fully in-office (Mon-Fri).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect & gather info from field store partners to initiate project creation
• Audit project readiness within the internal web-based system
• Act as a liaison between field teams & cross-functional partners to ensure all milestones are met
• Place orders for labor, outbound shipments, & direct-to-store deliveries
• Assist field partners with scheduling & addressing one-off issues
• Manage post-reset implementations & ensuring successful execution

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of experience as a Project Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager
• Experience running full lifecycle projects -- including scope
• Intermediate Excel skills - VLOOKUPS, SUMIFs Pivot tables, SUMIF, IF/THEN, Macros
• Experience interacting with cross-functional partners & vendors
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
