About the Opportunity

ChenMed is seeking an Associate Market Clinical Director (AMCD) to provide physician leadership across four primary care centers in the Louisville market. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead within a fully capitated, value-based care model focused on improving outcomes for medically complex senior populations.

The Associate Market Clinical Director partners closely with market and regional leadership to drive clinical quality, physician engagement, operational performance, and population health outcomes while maintaining a limited clinical practice.

Position Highlights

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $325,000–$350,000
• Annual Bonus Opportunity: Up to 30%
• Target Year-One Earnings: $400,000+

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and/or Geriatrics
• Prior physician leadership experience preferred
• Experience in value-based care, population health, quality improvement, or complex chronic disease management strongly preferred
• Active medical license (or ability to obtain Kentucky licensure)
• Relocation to Louisville market required
