We are partnered with a rapidly growing, vertically integrated real estate investment platform that is expanding its in-house legal team.
With a growing national portfolio and active acquisition pipeline, the firm is building out its legal infrastructure to better support day-to-day operations, risk management, and internal stakeholders.

The Role
This position is focused on corporate and operational legal work rather than transactional real estate.
You will play a key role in supporting internal legal needs across the organization, helping to improve processes, manage risk, and ensure efficient handling of legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day legal matters across the business
- Oversee and coordinate litigation matters (primarily general liability / claims)
- Handle insurance-related processes, including claim tracking and coordination
- Review and manage contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, and NDAs
- Support internal stakeholders by fielding legal questions and directing matters appropriately
- Assist with employment-related matters and internal policy considerations
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of legal experience
- Corporate generalist background preferred
- Experience with litigation management, insurance claims, or general liability matters is highly valued
- Exposure to contracts, employment-related matters, and risk mitigation
- In-house experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
