A publicly traded platform at the intersection of energy, infrastructure, and technology is hiring an Associate General Counsel to support its corporate and transactional functions.
This is a true second-in-command role with exposure to executive leadership and board-level matters.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support M&A, capital markets, and financing transactions
- Advise on SEC reporting and public company compliance (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
- Counsel leadership on corporate governance and strategic matters
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
- Manage outside counsel and key transactions end-to-end
What They’re Looking For
- 6–8 years of experience (BigLaw and/or in-house)
- Strong background in corporate transactions and securities
- Public company experience strongly preferred
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
