You will work alongside top-producing advisors, gain access to qualified warm leads, and play a key role in closing new business. For the right candidate, this is a clear path to becoming a high-earning Senior Advisor.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior advisors to drive new business and close client opportunities
  • Actively engage and convert warm leads into long-term client relationships
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to closing conversations
  • Deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience to high-net-worth clients
  • Attend conferences, networking events, and client-facing engagements
  • Operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with measurable goals

Licensing:

  • $110,000 base salary
