We are seeking a Associate Family Law Attorney ready to step into a pivotal role within our thriving firm. In this position, your expertise will directly impact client outcomes while also contributing to the continued growth and evolution of the firm. You’ll lead cases from start to finish in a collaborative environment where your voice matters with an opportunity to mentor team members, contribute to community outreach, or help develop systems or strategies to contribute to the team. Responsibilities:

· Manage a family law caseload from inception through resolution

· Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings

· Develop and execute case strategy aligned with client goals

· Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

· Direct case progress and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met

· Review, revise, and oversee pleadings and filings prepared by paralegals

· Independently draft complex or strategic legal documents as needed

· Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants for efficient case management


Qualifications:

· Successfully represented 100+ family law cases from inception to resolution

· Strong litigation and courtroom experience

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail

· Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven

· Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

· Licensed to practice law in Georgia
