Associate Attorney Position

We are seeking an associate attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience to join our family law practice.This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, is comfortable taking ownership of their work, and values thoughtful, well-reasoned legal analysis.

You will work closely with senior attorneys on case evaluation, strategy, and client guidance, while also managing your own responsibilities and contributing meaningfully to case progression.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload with guidance and collaboration
• Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence tailored to each case
• Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and other proceedings
• Analyze legal and factual issues and contribute to case strategy
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed in Ohio
• 3–5 years of litigation experience (family law preferred, not required)
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Ability to stay organized and move cases forward
• Professional, personable, and comfortable working with clients
• Someone who takes pride in producing high-quality, thoughtful work

Compensation

• Base salary: $85,000 – $100,000, depending on experience
• Performance-based bonus tied to collected revenue

This structure provides a solid base with meaningful upside for strong performance.
