Establish and elevate design standards, documentation, and audit traceability while driving consistency and scalability across all entities.

Controls, Audit & Integration

Champion preventive control frameworks and play a key role in audit readiness and compliance. Act as the payroll design authority for system integrations, aligning new entities to enterprise standards and ensuring seamless implementation and stabilization in a complex, evolving environment.

Operational Partnership & Leadership

Partner closely with payroll and cross-functional leaders to solve systemic challenges and translate business needs into strategic design improvements. Build and develop a high-performing team of payroll analysts while fostering a proactive, prevention-focused culture that prioritizes accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Why Join Us?

Join an organization recognized for excellence and innovation, where your work will directly influence enterprise-wide payroll strategy and performance.
