Position Overview

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Services Director to support the delivery of high-performing mail services operations across a multi-site enterprise account. This role directly supports the Enterprise Services Director while maintaining ownership of a defined regional portfolio. The Associate Services Director will drive operational excellence within their region while contributing to broader account strategy, performance, and client engagement. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong operator ready to step into enterprise-level leadership exposure and step in to lead at the account level as needed.

Responsibilities

Regional Leadership & Execution
- Lead day-to-day operations across a defined regional portfolio
- Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as defined in the account SOW
- Coach and lead site teams and regional teams as needed

Enterprise Support & Strategic Partnership
- Support the Enterprise Services Director with managing and supporting account leadership and their regions
- Act as the primary contact for all employee/customer facing activities in the absence of the Director
- Step in for enterprise initiatives and escalations as needed
- Contribute to strategy and continuous improvement

Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong client relationships
- Support reporting and business reviews

Performance & Financial Management
- Support budget oversight and cost management
- Analyze performance metrics, makes recommendations, and implements solutions as approved

Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by the operations team
- Support vendor management initiatives

Other

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 5–10 years of relevant experience
- 3–5 years leadership experience in client SOW to include print, imaging, Mail Services, Office
Services, Facilities Management, Shipping & Receiving, etc.
- Strong operational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel 15–25%
