The Associate Director, Business Intelligence (BI) is a strategic and critical role in the APEX Enterprise organization, responsible for leading the delivery of scalable, trusted, and actionable BI solutions that accelerate decision-making across AbbVie’s US Therapeutics organization. This position is a leadership role and involves establishing BI best practices (standards, governance, and ways of working) while enabling teams to deliver iteratively. The Associate Director will drive automation and repeatability in reporting and analytics, improve adoption through enablement, and ensure solutions are performant, secure, and fit-for-purpose.
