Associate Director, Commercial Analytics

The responsibilities:

  • Lead / guide secondary data analytics projects to address a range of business questions, including disease and market landscape study, market sizing, patient journey mapping, referral analysis, customer segmentation and targeting, campaign evaluation, and managed markets analytics, etc.
  • Communicate/manage stakeholders, understand business questions and perform relevant analytics to address questions; able to translate analytics to actionable insights.

The skillset required is:

  • At least 8 yrs. of experience in Pharma Commercial Analytics
  • Patient analytics using open / closed claim data and other secondary data.
  • Pre-launch analytics and launch planning (Preferred)
  • Brand performance analytics and reporting
  • Managed markets analytics
  • Marketing analytics
  • Experience working in Oncology, Rare Disease, Specialty Brand (atleast one required)
  • High proficiency on data analysis using tools like R, Python, SQL (at least one required/Python preferred)
  • Qualitative skills: Independent contributor/Self starter. Good communication and presentation skills to present work to Executive Leadership team
  • Business development goal: Proven ability to contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding client relationships, and contributing to the development of new business proposals
  • Account management goal: Demonstrated experience managing client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders
