Your Role
Support the Manager of Digital Merchandising in the day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop. This role is responsible for managing product listings, coordinating sample orders and creators, and tracking performance to ensure seamless operations and strong sales results. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, digitally driven environment.

Your Impact
TikTok Shop Operations
• Ensure all listings comply with TikTok Shop policies and guidelines
• Manage and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and inventory
• Coordinate product uploads and maintain catalog organization
• Perform daily validation checks to ensure listing accuracy and functionality

Order & Customer Support
• Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely processing and fulfillment
• Partner with Customer Care Services (CCS) to resolve customer inquiries, returns, and refunds through the TikTok Shop platform

Creator & Affiliate Coordination
• Collaborate with Marketing to onboard creators and affiliates for product promotion
• Track creator performance and support campaign execution
• Maintain ongoing communication with influencers for product seeding and promotional initiatives

Campaign & Promotions Support
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations
• Coordinate with the Marketing team on promotions and live selling events

Data & Reporting
• Track key performance metrics such as GMV, conversion rates, and order volume
• Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports
• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in digital merchandising or eCommerce
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop or similar platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon)
• Strong interest in social commerce, influencer marketing, and live selling
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and organizational levels
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Highly motivated with a consistent and reliable work ethic
• Flexible, team-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
