Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Build and update recipes within the CMS, ensuring all content, imagery, and video assets are accurate, optimized, and engaging
  • Write and refine recipe introductions, updates, and expansions in the Delish voice
  • Produce and maintain recipe galleries, curating content and selecting compelling visuals that meet editorial standards
  • Craft strong, engaging headlines that drive traffic and reflect brand voice
  • Assist with daily programming of the Delish app and landing pages to ensure timely and strategic content promotion
  • Partner with the Insights team to implement SEO best practices and optimize recipe performance
  • Manage and evolve recipe review and ratings strategies, including coordinating tastings and engaging with the Delish community
  • Pitch and write culinary features that align with seasonal trends, audience interests, and brand priorities

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

  • 2+ years of experience in digital editorial, food media, or a related field
  • Strong editorial judgment with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • A sharp visual eye and understanding of how imagery enhances content performance
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and audience-first content strategies
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and digital publishing tools preferred
  • Deep interest in food, cooking, and culinary trends, including seasonality and food culture
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt quickly
  • Hybrid schedule with 4 days per week in the New York City office

Compensation & EEO

The base salary for this role is $66,300–$67,000. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits.
