Our North Dallas law firm is seeking a full-time a full-time Insurance Coverage Associate.
The Insurance Coverage Associate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in evaluation of coverage in personal lines and commercial policies. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, self-starter who possesses the ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fun, collaborative environment. The candidate must demonstrate a commitment to providing the highest quality client service, be detail oriented, be able to identify and resolve problems promptly, and be conscientious concerning work completion and deadlines.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
· Strong research and persuasive legal writing skills required
· Evaluate and analyze facts and provide legal analysis
· Render opinions on coverage
· Develop defense strategies for motion practice and discovery
· Draft pleadings, motions and discovery for declaratory judgment actions
· Demonstrated ability to work with clients and consistently meet or exceed expectations
· Excellent communication skills in order to effectively convey case strategies and legal arguments
Candidate must possess a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
