Trusts & Estates Attorney - West Chester, PA


A highly regarded Chester County law firm, consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work, is seeking an attorney to join its growing Trusts & Estates practice. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney looking to build or pivot into a well‑rounded T&E practice in a collegial, client‑focused environment.


The Role

This position supports the full spectrum of Trusts & Estates work, including:

• Estate planning

• Trust and estate administration

• Related Trusts & Estates litigation

The practice advises individuals and families on estate planning, asset protection, and long‑term wealth‑transfer strategies. Experience with Medicaid and Medicare planning is a plus, but not required.


Who They’re Open To

• Prior Trusts & Estates experience welcomed, but not required

• Open to litigators or attorneys from other practice areas with strong transferable skills

• Pennsylvania bar admission required
