Real Estate Attorney


A leading Mid-Atlantic, AMLaw 200 firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate or counsel to join its growing Real Estate team in Baltimore, Richmond, or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing transactions, with particular strength in office, retail, and industrial leasing. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, developer-side transactions and take a meaningful role in drafting, negotiating, and closing deals. Base Compensation: Starting at $205,000+

The team is looking for someone detail-oriented, business-minded, and motivated to contribute to a growing practice in a dynamic market.
