Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in diverse commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development.
• Advise sophisticated lenders (national/regional banks, debt funds, and private equity) in secured and unsecured financing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex loan agreements, purchase agreements, and construction financing facilities.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including title/survey reviews and zoning analysis.
• Collaborate with a global team of 700+ lawyers to ensure seamless deal execution.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the California Bar.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate and/or finance law at a reputable law firm.
• Proven experience documenting construction and term loan facilities.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $260,000 – $390,000 + Bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
