Associate Attorney – Real Estate & Business Litigation (4+ years litigation experience required)

• Minimum 4 years of civil litigation experience in California

This position is not for recent graduates or attorneys without litigation experience.

Role Description

You will handle matters from intake through resolution, including:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and attending hearings
• Conducting legal research and developing case strategy
• Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

Qualifications

• J.D. and active member of the California Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of meaningful litigation experience
• Strong writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage files
• Comfortable taking ownership of cases
