Estate Planning Transactional Attorney
Salary: $120,000–$150,000 + bonus

We are seeking an Associate with a strong background in estate planning and litigation experience to join a collaborative and established practice.
Role Overview:
- Handle a range of estate planning and transactional matters
- Draft, review, and update wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
- Support probate and trust administration matters
- Advise clients on estate planning, asset protection, and tax considerations
- Conduct legal research and provide sound legal counsel
- Work collaboratively while managing matters independently
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of estate planning experience required
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills
- Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and sound judgment
Work Structure & Compensation:
- 2 days remote per week after training period
- 1,400 annual billable hour requirement (bonus eligible above this threshold)
- Full‑time role with competitive salary and benefits
