About the Role


Our Vaccine Injury Department is seeking candidates who have an interest in trial litigation, and who have 0-5 years of experience. Your strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills are valued at this firm. Responsibilities


  • It is not immediately expected that the candidate will be able to independently manage their own cases from inception to trial.
  • However, under our tutelage, the candidate can expect that our investments in them will help that attorney develop these skills to independently handle their own cases, prepare witnesses, do oral argument and second chair or first chair any trials and hearings.
  • This position is flexible between remote work and in-person work. This will be discussed further in the interview.


Qualifications


  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the PA or NJ bar association (or any state jurisdiction)


Required Skills


  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices
  • Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
  • Experience in legal drafting, including settlement demands, motions and pleadings
  • Strong oral advocacy skills

Pay range and compensation package


  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: $65,000 to $100,000. Negotiable depending on interview and experience.
  • Start date: Any current 3L candidate can anticipate a start date after the summer 2026 bar exam. Current lawyers can negotiate an earlier start date.
