Mid-Level Litigation Associate – Healthcare Defense (Hybrid)

Our client, a well-established firm with a national presence, is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its Philadelphia office. This role focuses on healthcare-related litigation, including the defense of institutional clients and affiliated professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing matters through all phases of litigation
• Drafting and arguing motions, including dispositive motions
• Handling written discovery and depositions
• Preparing witnesses and participating in hearings, mediations, and trials
• Communicating directly with clients

Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of litigation experience
• Experience representing a diverse range of healthcare providers and related organizations
• Strong legal writing skills and solid academic credentials
• Pennsylvania bar admission required
