Associate Attorney (Personal Injury)

A well-established plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking experienced Pre-Litigation and Litigation Personal Injury Attorneys to join its growing team. Prior personal injury experience is strongly preferred; however, attorneys with transferable skills and a strong interest in plaintiff-side work will be considered and supported through training and mentorship.

This is a fully on-site position based in Orange County, California (no remote or hybrid options).

In this role, you’ll work closely with firm leadership and gain hands-on experience across litigation, client advocacy, case strategy, and business development. • Active California Bar license
