We’re partnered with a reputable Texas-based litigation firm seeking to add an Associate Attorney to its growing Houston office.


This team represents leading companies, including Fortune 500 clients, in high-stakes defense matters across transportation, construction, energy, and general liability. The work involves complex, high-exposure litigation rather than volume-driven caseloads, offering attorneys the opportunity to engage in more substantive and strategic matters.


The group is known for its hands-on, trial-focused approach. Associates are given real ownership of their cases, direct client interaction, and meaningful trial exposure early in their careers. You’ll work closely with experienced attorneys while playing an active role in case strategy from initial discovery through trial and resolution.


What You’ll Need:

  • 3 - 8 years of personal injury defense or insurance defense experience
  • JD and active Texas bar admission in good standing
  • Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice
  • Ability to manage cases and work directly with clients
  • Background in transportation, construction, energy, or general liability matters preferred


Bonus Points: Trial experience and prior exposure to high-stakes or complex defense litigation
