Associate Attorney

Our client, a growing and highly regarded family law firm in Orange County, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to transition into family law from construction defect, insurance defense, or general civil litigation backgrounds. Key Responsibilities

• Handle a range of family law matters, including dissolution, custody, support, and property division
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting, discovery, depositions, and court appearances
• Work closely with senior attorneys and mentors to develop case strategy and advocacy skills
• Maintain consistent communication with clients while delivering high-quality legal service

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of litigation experience, ideally in civil litigation, insurance defense, or construction defect
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in developing a long-term practice in family law
