Associate Attorney

Title: Employment Law Attorney

Location: New York City

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client consultations and assess potential claims
• Draft complaints, discovery demands, dispositive motions, and legal memoranda
• Manage litigation matters from intake through trial

Qualifications:

• 2–5+ years of Employment litigation experience (Title VII, NYSHRL, NYCHRL preferred)
• Strong drafting skills (pleadings, motions, discovery responses)
• Experience conducting depositions and participating in mediations

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000-$160,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate..
