Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at our Miami, FL office. The Associate Attorney will handle a variety of legal responsibilities, including providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, conducting in-depth legal research, and representing clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings. The role requires collaboration with senior attorneys and active participation in case strategy and client communication to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Solid background in Law, with a strong focus on Labor and Employment Law.
• Proven ability to provide sound Legal Advice and draft effective legal documents.
• Strong Research skills to effectively analyze legal precedents and apply them to cases.
• Proficiency in Negotiation and conflict resolution to achieve favorable results for clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the Florida Bar.
• Prior experience in bankruptcy law is a strong advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• FL Bar Licence
