Associate Attorney – Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation

Ludwig Law Firm and Warden Law Firm are seeking an associate attorney to join their established criminal defense practice. The firms operate jointly and maintain a shared caseload, offering consistent courtroom experience and meaningful involvement in all stages of representation.

Position Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in criminal matters from initial appearance through resolution
• Appear regularly in district and circuit courts
• Prepare and draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
• Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Arkansas, or pending admission
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Prior courtroom experience is required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $80,000 – $105,000, commensurate with experience
• Paid time off
