🔹 About the Opportunity :


A well-established, mid-sized law firm with a strong presence across the Southeastern United States is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney (1–3 years) to join its growing Jacksonville office.

🔹 Key Responsibilities :


  • Assist in closing commercial real estate and multi-family housing transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts and transactional documents
  • Support due diligence efforts, including title, survey, zoning, easements, and resolving title-related issues
  • Prepare and respond to title objection letters and conduct final reviews of title and survey materials
  • Coordinate with title companies, surveyors, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Conduct legal research, support regulatory compliance and tax credit financing, and maintain organized transaction and closing documentation


🔹 Qualifications :


  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate or related transactional work
  • Licensed in Florida or Georgia (or ability to obtain) with strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities; exposure to affordable housing or real estate finance is a plus


🔹 Salary and Other Compensation:


The annual salary for this position is between [$150,000 – $160,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
