Litigation Associates (2 Openings) | Houston, TX

A well-regarded litigation firm in Houston is actively seeking two mid-level Litigation Associates (3–10 years) to join its growing team. These are excellent opportunities to step into substantive roles handling high-exposure matters with strong client interaction and a clear path for advancement.

Open Roles:

1.Trucking & Commercial Litigation

• Handle complex transportation/trucking matters and national docket work (including major retail clients)
• Lead discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Work on high-stakes commercial disputes

2.Construction & Premises Liability Litigation

• Manage construction defect, construction litigation, and premises liability cases
• Take ownership of cases from inception through resolution
• Draft motions, conduct depositions, and develop case strategy

What They’re Looking For:

• 3–10 years of litigation experience
• Relevant experience in either trucking/commercial OR construction/premises liability
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases independently
