Associate Attorney (Greenville, SC)

Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Associate Attorney to assist at one of our most well-respected clients in Greenville, South Carolina! Successful candidates will have the opportunity to have hands-on experience, meaningful ownership, and a clear path to grow as a litigator.

This is a fulltime and onsite position at the law firm in Greenville, South Carolina.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Evaluate liability and damages; review records, evidence, and treatment progression
• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Manage personal injury matters from pre-litigation through litigation resolution
• Participate in and handle depositions (conducting and defending) and work closely with clients
• Prepare for and assist in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation with attorney leadership

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bar admission in South Carolina
• 3-5+ years of Personal Injury experience and Insurance Defense experience is a plus
• JD from an accredited law school.
