About the Role
We are working with a well-established and high-volume personal injury practice seeking a motivated Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career attorneys or litigators looking to transition into PI and gain hands-on experience quickly.
What You’ll Do:
• Handle plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery
• Participate in depositions, negotiations, and court appearances
• Work closely with senior attorneys and support staff
• Manage a steady caseload with strong operational support
Who We’re Looking For:
• 0–6 years of legal experience
• Open to recent graduates or civil litigation attorneys transitioning into PI
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Licensed to practice law
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 – $180,000.
Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Bonus:
• $5K–$10K quarterly bonuses
• $5K year-end bonus
