The Associate Attorney role at GreeningLaw is designed for an A-player ready to make a significant impact. This is a high-impact role designed to elevate the litigation team. We're looking for a motivated Associate Attorney who is newly licensed and eager to build a career in litigation. This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside experienced trial attorneys, gain hands-on experience in complex cases, and develop the skills needed to become a successful plaintiff's lawyer.

What you’ll do:
- Support two senior attorneys in all phases of pre-litigation and litigation
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Participate in case strategy discussions and litigation preparation
- Communicate with clients and assist in managing case progress
- Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials when applicable
- Gradually assume greater responsibility as your skills develop, with a pathway toward managing your own caseload

Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensing: Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas or soon to be licensed
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a client centric approach.
