Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation Defense (Mostly Remote Option)

Prominent national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their thriving practice. Ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and have 2+ years litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Construction/NY Labor Law, Medical Malpractice, General Tort, Transportation, Auto, General Liability, Personal Injury, Products Liability, Civil Litigation, Employment.

You'll get the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting matters including some related to various venue liability litigation (recreational venues, arenas, amusement parks, etc.).

Option to work 4 days remote/1 day onsite in their East Midtown NYC office.

Responsibilities:

• Handle cases from inception to conclusion
• Take and defend depositions
• Court appearances
• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery

Qualifications:

• Strong research and writing skills
• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Must be licensed to practice and in good standing in NY.

Base salary range 120k-175k + Generous Bonuses & Full Benefits Package + Mostly Remote Option
