We are working with a well-established and growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Boston that is actively seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is looking for hands-on litigation experience, meaningful case ownership, and a collaborative hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct depositions and attend court hearings
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy
• Prepare cases for trial when necessary

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in Massachusetts
• 2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury (or relevant litigation experience)
• Strong writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases independently

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $180,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
