Role Description

You'll work directly alongside senior attorneys on live transactions from day one. This is not a document review position. You'll be heavily involved in all aspects of the M&A, financing, commercial real estate transactions, and securities offerings. You'll develop client relationships and build a practice alongside a team that moves fast and takes the work seriously.

This position is in office full-time at our headquarters in Rogers, Arkansas.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; New 2026 graduates to 5 years of experience
• Licensed to practice law in Arkansas or eligible for admission by score transfer
• Genuine interest in transactional law
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Self-starter with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Prior transactional experience preferred but not required;

Compensation

• $80,000 – $120,000 base salary, dependent on experience
