Attorney - Admitted in any state Bar

Location: Onsite - 74-09, 37th Avenue, Suite 205, Jackson Heights, NY 11372

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 USD per year


We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Admitted Attorney (any state bar, but NY preferred) to join our legal team in Jackson Heights, New York. This is an onsite role that requires a strong commitment to client representation and legal excellence.


Responsibilities:

* Represent clients in various legal matters, including preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing legal counsel.

* Attend court appearances as required, representing clients effectively and professionally.

* Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and efficient progression of cases.

* Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed of case developments and providing clear, concise legal advice.

* Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies and ensure optimal outcomes for clients.

* Maintain accurate and organized client files and case documentation.


Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LLM degree from an accredited law school.

* Active and in good standing Bar license in any state but New York bar preferred.

* Work authorization in the United States is mandatory.

* Prior experience in immigration law is a plus.

* Experience in other areas of law practice is also preferred.

* Bilingual proficiency in any language, but not a must.

* Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* A commitment to providing high-quality legal services and advocating for clients' best interests.
