💼 Role – Bankruptcy Law Associate
- Work alongside seasoned Experts: Work on complex Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 13 and restructuring matters involving major financial institutions and distressed assets across Boston and beyond.
- Take an active role in case strategy and document preparation, including motions, creditor negotiations, and debtor-in-possession financing, ensuring precision and compliance with federal bankruptcy procedures.
- Support high-stakes litigation and reorganization efforts: Contribute to and take point on courtroom strategy as you prepare to represented clients in bankruptcy court
