About the Role

The Dennis Law Firm's Atlanta, GA office is seeking a driven Attorney to join our elite team. You will gain immediate responsibility over caseload, benefiting from the resources and platform of a leading Personal Injury firm. This includes marketing, pre-suit lawyers, support staff, and operations, along with mentorship from some of our most successful trial attorneys. No billable hours, no need to generate your own cases. Take advantage of our extensive marketing and business development to focus on delivering justice.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of pre-litigation case work
• Drafting and filing pre litigations documents, demands and memoranda of law
• Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
• Manage release and approval process
• Manage case managers
• Drive compliance and KPI’s amongst team
• Assist with property damage and EOU’s

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the GA State Bar Association
• 2+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
• Desire to become part of a trial team
