Qualifications:
- 7+ years' experience as an Attorney with a focus on Defense Litigation, specifically within asbestos, toxic tort, products liability, or industrial operations litigation
- Strong background representing corporate defendants in occupational‑exposure matters (asbestos, chemical exposure, product‑liability claims)
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑party and multi‑district litigation
- Licensed to practice in Texas
- Strong academic credentials and job tenure
